Grace is an organizational behavior researcher. She is currently completing her doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Her research focuses on the topics of prosocial behaviors, emotions, and interpersonal support at work.

Grace’s research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ) as well as the Journal of Applied Cognitive Psychology.
